From a CAD workstation, your designs flow from preliminary drawings though rapid mechanical prototyping and manufacturing, making design changes effortless. Our design and manufacturing engineers work as a team through the prototyping process to ensure your designs will be manufactured efficiently and to your specifications. Design reviews are scheduled throughout the design and manufacturing process allowing you to compare project specifications against development to date and to review the production schedule.

Gone are the days of waiting weeks for prototypes, we can roll out some prototypes within 24 hours. We can provide prototypes using a number of applications depending on assembly, testing, and size requirements. Many of the prototyping processes are so exact we use them as tooling masters, eliminating guesswork during the tooling process. To further support our prototyping, we have a on-site tool room.

Our procurement department works with vendors worldwide to secure only the finest materials available at the most competitive price. A first article sample is made and tested to specificiations submitted for client approval before the full-scale production.
