Grayhill is always available for technical and commercial support. Each Target Account has a dedicated Target Account Manager whose sole responsibility is to build and maintain a successful relationship with Target Accounts. At the time when Grayhill begins a project with a customer, Grayhill assigns a Project Manager to the project who facilitates all technical operations and management. Both contacts are available at all times to field any questions or concerns. Grayhill also assigns each Target Account a designated OEM File Exchange site to transfer files and documents electronically. Contact your Target Account Manager for login and password information.
