Grayhill's in-house tool room facilities can create molds and machined prototypes on-site. We also have an in-house FDM (Fused Deposition Modeling) facility to make ABS plastic prototypes in less than a day as well as experience in stereolithography and other quick prototyping methods.

Grayhill has been using standard and custom LCDs for the past 15 years. Our experience ranges from TN and STN versions to active matrix monitors. We have experience in design of custom displays, including:

Membranes
Grayhill designs and installs many types of polyester and polycarbonate membrane switches. We use many different software packages including Adobe® Freehand and Pro-E to specify our designs. Our membranes are qualified and tested to meet your specifications. Our expertise includes:

Status or Warning Indicators
Grayhill carries many different types of indicators and LEDs in stock. We can pick the best and most cost-effective devices for your application. Most of our LEDs take advantage of our surface mount assembly process in order to be most cost-effective. We have various levels of brightness, size and color available. We can confirm levels of brightness and color with in-house equipment, such as spot photometer and spectral radiometer.

Grayhill has been designing conductive rubber keypads for the past 15 years and has qualified off-shore preferred vendors. Design is done on Pro-Engineer software and qualified in-house with custom keypad testing equipment. Our expertixe includes:
