Knowledgeable. For starters, we focus exclusively on industrial products (no consumer products, PCs or cell phones). We have hundreds of years of combined experience developing and manufacturing products that perform reliably on factory floors, in processing plants and in remote outdoor locations. We can speak the industrial "language", so you won't waste time explaining your requirements to us or waste money while we learn what you already know. By sticking to what we know, we can add more value and have high confidence in meeting our schedule commitments. If we don't think your project is a good match for our capabilities, we'll tell you right up front.

Process. We have a time tested product development process. The process starts with listening - to your project objectives, ideas and justification. When you're ready, we will form a pursuit team to weigh alternatives and create a detailed proposal that clearly defines our solution, timeline and costs. If accepted, a dedicated project team led by an experienced project manager is formed to execute the project following our ISO 9000 approved procedures. You will know the status of your project in real time. We will create a secure internet site where you can view and download project schedules, models, schematics, programs and participate in the design change process if you wish. We'll schedule formal design reviews and have you sign off at four stages of the project. We want you to think of us a your virtual engineering department.

Speed. By performing the tasks in-house - conceptual design, modeling, schematic development, board layout, prototyping, qualification testing, manufacturing and functional test - our project managers have control over the entire process and will get you to market quicker.

Commitment. With a staff of 60 engineers, we have the depth and breadth of expertise you need, but we're not so big that you'll be left with the impression that your project isn't important. Our business is built on our reputation and the relationships we foster. 90% of the customers who use our services do so again within 18 months.
